Why is this different (than any other casino)?
Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin operates differently due to the requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Act. Our casino is a Category 3 casino which is required, pursuant to the state gaming law, to limit access to resort hotel guests, membership holders and patrons of the resort amenities.
How do I get in?
There are a number of ways to obtain access to the casino. A guest can get in to the casino by:
- Being a guest at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort.
- Making a purchase of at least $10 at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. This includes being a patron of dining or amenities, or purchasing a $10 Gift Card at the Experience Desk inside the casino.
- Being a valid membership holder.
Do I have to pay to get into the casino?
You do not have to pay to get into Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin, however; access to the casino is limited to guests of the resort, valid membership holders, or patrons of resort amenities who have patronized an amenity having a minimum cost of $10.
Where do I go to get in?
In order to access Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin, please proceed to the Nemacolin Experience Counter located at the front entrance of the casino.
How old do you need to be; can I bring my kids?
Pursuant to state law you must be 21 to enter the casino. No one under the age of 21 is allowed to enter the casino.
Can I bring a guest; if so how many?
Valid resort membership holders may have one guest accompany them on the casino floor. Resort guests are not permitted to bring a guest to the casino unless the guest is either a guest of the hotel or patron of one of the many resort amenities.
Can my guest leave and come back without me?
Your guest may leave the casino, but they are not allowed to re-enter the casino unless you accompany them.
Can I bring different guests?
Valid membership holders may bring a different guest each time they visit the casino; however, only one guest is allowed entry per visit.
How long is my pass good for?
Hotel guests are allowed to access the casino until 11:59 pm the day of check out. Patrons of amenities may present a valid receipt to be issued an access pass within 72 hours of patronizing the amenity.
Valid membership holders may access the casino at any time.
Will you deduct my day pass cost from the membership if I buy one?
There is no cost for a Casino Access Pass, rather a person becomes eligible to access the casino by utilizing one of the many resort amenities (lodging, restaurants, spa, retail outlets, golf, sporting and recreation, etc.) assuming a minimum amount of $10 has been spent. Therefore, the cost of the use of the amenity will not be deducted from the cost of the membership.
Do I get credits or earn comps for playing with my membership card or daily voucher?
You do not play with your membership card or Casino Access Pass, so you do not earn comps or credits. However, all casino patrons are invited to join Lady Luck Casino Nemacolin’s players’ club, Fan Club, where you will earn complimentaries as well as other promotional offers.
Do I need an access pass every time I visit?
Yes, unless you are a valid Membership holder or a Resort hotel guest, you will need to obtain a Casino Access Pass prior to entering the casino.
Can I give my voucher to my wife or friend to get in?
No. Casino Access Passes are non-transferable. Persons who are issued a Casino Access Pass, have a validated hotel registration card or a valid membership card to enter the casino are prohibited by law from transferring the pass to another person.
If I lose my voucher on the floor do I have to leave; can I get another?
While you are permitted to stay on the casino floor, you will not be able to obtain another Casino Access Pass.
If I am on the Pennsylvania self-exclusion list, may I stay at the resort?
Yes. A person on the Pennsylvania Gaming Control’s Board self-exclusion list may stay at the resort or patronize any of the amenities other than the casino.
If I show you another Casino Tier Card will you give me a free voucher?
No, the only way to obtain a Lady Luck Nemacolin Casino Access Pass is to either be Resort hotel guest, a patron of one of the many resort amenities or Member.
Can I just walk around the casino and not play without a voucher?
Unfortunately, no. Only persons who have either a validated hotel registration card, Membership card & their guest or a Lady Luck Nemacolin Casino Access Pass may enter the casino gaming floor.
