Set in the original Tudor-style hunting retreat that served as the foundation for today’s Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, Rockwell’s harkens back to the origins of farm-to-table dining in the Laurel Highlands. Sportsmen would spend the day in the highlands hunting, fishing and foraging. Chefs would masterfully prepare the bountiful harvest for the evening’s meal.
We carry on that tradition today by offering the finest cuts of beef, wild game, and fish along with fresh from the garden produce picked from Nemacolin's 2,000 acres or in partnership with local farmers and growers. All artfully prepared by our culinary experts for your dining pleasure.
Complementing the cuisine is an extensive wine collection, hand-crafted cocktails, locally brewed beers and a robust selection of whiskies.
The quintessential steakhouse experience is not complete without a nightcap at the famed Cigar Bar. With its warm speakeasy style, the finest bourbons, scotches and cognacs, and a celebrated array of world-class cigars, the rich experience is only found at Nemacolin.
