Wine Cellar
Nemacolin Woodlands Resort's Wine Cellar is the finest wine cellar in the region and one of the most extensive in the country. The strengths of the Woodlands Wine Cellar are numerous, but of particular note are it’s over fifty vintages of First Growth Bordeaux from the Médoc & Graves, a comparable collection of Champagne and Port, and multiple vintages of the finest wines from Burgundy, Italy and the Napa Valley.
Cuisine-specific selections housed in each of our primary restaurants supplement the 21,000 bottle Woodlands Wine Cellar and elevate the resort’s total bottle count to approximately 25,000.
The oldest selection in the Woodlands Wine Cellar, 1845 Madeira, contains wine that pre-dates the civil war. The most expensive bottle housed in the cellar is 1947 Cheval Blanc, one that many experts deem to be among of the most profound wines of the 20th century.
The finest wine in the cellar; however, is your choice, appreciated to its fullest with the award-winning creations of our chefs, served as always by our knowledgeable, experienced team of sommeliers.
