Nemacolin Woodlands Is The "Hopping" Place For Easter
February 27, 2007 (Farmington, Pa.) — The groundhog did not see his shadow, and when winter is replaced by spring, the Easter Bunny arrives at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort for his annual appearance and egg hunts for children.
The annual expansive Easter Sunday Brunch at Nemacolin Woodlands will be Sunday, April 8 from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Reservations are required and can be made for seatings at 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Prices are $65.00 for adults and $32.50 for children (ages 4 to 12), including tax and gratuity. Children ages 3 and under are free. Sunday Brunch will include special children’s activities such as making Easter bead necklaces and magnets.
Part of the fun of Easter is hunting for eggs, and Nemacolin Woodlands will have four hunts throughout the day – 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Baskets will be provided for collecting eggs. The Heritage Court Shoppes at Nemacolin are also offering custom-made Easter Baskets, and to make the weekend a memorable family event, a photographer will be on hand for that perfect family portrait.
