The WildSide To Host Wing Madness Qualifier
Uniontown, PA (March 3, 2008) – The WildSide at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort is the site for one of 1250 ESPN’s Wing Madness Qualifiers. Ken Laird will be hosting the festivities during his LIVE broadcast of “Pittsburgh Game Night” from 7 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, March 12th. Contestants will vie for a spot in the Wing Madness Finals to be held on April 17th.
Competitors race the clock to determine who can eat the most wings in 12 minutes and 50 seconds and at least two top contestants from each qualifier advance to the Wing Madness Finals on April 17th. Contestants can register to compete in ESPN’s Wing Madness Series by logging on to the station website at www.espnradio1250.com or by registering at the host location. Participants may register the day of the event but are not guaranteed a spot. Detailed contest rules, conditions and eligibility requirements are available on the station’s website.
