NEMACOLIN WOODLANDS RESORT’S LAUTREC RECEIVES AAA FIVE DIAMOND RATING
Only 0.3 percent of more than 58,000 AAA Approved hotels and restaurants receive the travel authority’s highest rating
Farmington, PA (July 28, 2015) – Nemacolin Woodlands Resort’s fine dining restaurant, Lautrec retained the coveted AAA Five Diamond designation for 2016. Lautrec has maintained this prestigious rating consecutively since 2008 and has continued to emerge as one of the finest dining establishments in the world.
Restaurants at this level provide tailored and often unique culinary experiences, according to AAA. Acclaimed chefs use the freshest ingredients available, meticulous techniques and impeccable artistry in presenting their leading-edge creations.
Nemacolin is part of a select group representing the upper echelon of the hospitality industry in North America. Currently, just 121 hotels and 63 restaurants hold the AAA Five Diamond Rating.

Lautrec is one of only 25 restaurants in the country to boast the AAA Five-Diamond award alongside the coveted Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star. Redefining European-American cuisine, Lautrec’s innovative menu is the culinary artwork of Chef Kristin Butterworth, Chef de Cuisine. Chef Butterworth is currently the youngest and only female chef in the world to lead a Five Diamond, Five Star restaurant, accomplishing this feat at the tender age of 28. “It is a true testament to Chef Butterworth and the Lautrec team,” said Eckman. “Their passion for food, presentation and service is what has propelled this restaurant into a world renowned dining experience.”
