*24-hour advance reservations required. We request all cancellations to reservations be made in advance as much as possible. No shows or cancellations made within 12 hours of reservations, are subject to full charges to your credit card.

Reservations:
Our Concierge will email you to confirm your order. If you are staying with us, your Amenities, Dining, Spa, Golf and Activities will be billed to your room during your stay. If you are a day guest of the resort or purchasing these services as a gift, a credit card will be required for payment.

Please understand that the Stay Planner is a request system. Submissions are not guaranteed; however, Nemacolin strives to fulfill all requests. You will be contacted via email from our Concierge team regarding the status of your requests. Nemacolin recommends all Stay Planner requests be made at least 72 hours in advance from your arrival date. If you are within the 72-hour window or have not received confirmation of your requested activities, please contact the Concierge at 724.329.6360.

Cancellations:
Please notify the Concierge team at least 24-hours in advance if you need to change or cancel any reservations. Charges may apply for no shows or changes within 24 hours.
