Tim brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort and has directed large sales and marketing teams in the industry his entire career. Prior to Nemacolin, he was Director of Sales and Marketing for Kalahari Resort in Pocono Manor, Pennsylvania. Under his leadership, the resort exceeded its budgeted revenue in the first two months of operations. During Bugas’ tenure as Vice President of Sales at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts in Hershey, Pennsylvania, his team generated over $100 million in total revenues for the entire complex.

Tim is a member of the American Society of Association Executives, the Meeting Professionals International, the Professional Convention Management Association, the Pennsylvania Society of Association Executives, and the Virginia Society of Association Executives. He earned his Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees at West Virginia University.

A hotel veteran with over 25 years operations and sales experience, Jennifer joined Nemacolin Woodlands Resort to expose the New York City, Philadelphia and New Jersey territories to this unique resort. Jennifer is an FIU grad and has worked along the East Coast from Miami to Boston in such prestigious properties as The Trump National Doral, where the famed Doral Rider Open has taken place, the Capital Hilton in Washington DC, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort and the Hilton Times Square & Millennium Hilton in New York City.  She is very customer focused, and spends time to understand the needs of a client to customize an experience that will "WOW" the group. Jennifer’s passion is adventure and travel, and she has backpacked solo in Kenya and Tanzania, swam with the sharks in Belize and spent several weeks "down under” with new friends she met along her travels. She spends her free time with her six year old daughter and lab puppy working in the garden as well as many hours on the beach.

Rebecca brings 15 years of experience in hotel sales and operations to Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. She started her career in her college town of Boone, North Carolina, and has continued her passion for hospitality at The Homestead, Lansdowne Resort and most recently Salamander Resort. Rebecca is proud to be representing Nemacolin Woodlands Resort for Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia accounts and will be based in Northern Virginia. She is also enjoying her new role as "Mommy" to little Gage.

"Sporting Clays at the Nemacolin Field Club. The instructors were very encouraging, knowledgeable and professional. Not a perfect score for me, but worth another shot!"

Shelly joins Nemacolin Woodlands Resort as a Regional Sales Manager for the Pittsburgh area, where she has 16 years of hotel, convention and resort sales experience. In the past 6 years, she has held successful satellite positions at resorts such as The Omni Homestead Resort and Stonewall Resort. She is an enthusiastic person and has strong relationship building skills, to sum it up… she loves people! Shelly has been a native to Western Pennsylvania all her life, growing up in Washington, PA from a large family and attending College at California University of Pennsylvania. She has stayed local to the area and lives in Jefferson Hills, where she resides with her husband and 2 children. Her children’s sports and activities keep her busy, but on her free time she has a passion for staying active, researching her family history, and most of all spending quality time with family and friends.

Amanda Liartis was previously a Sales Manager at the The Pearl in Rosemary Beach, Florida, prior to joining the Nemacolin Woodlands Resort team. Formerly, she spent 5 years at the Forbes Five-Star Sea Island Resort in Sea Island, Georgia, growing its wedding business and implementing key mentorship programs as Senior Wedding Manager. She has a background in communications honed by previous event marketing, group sales and wedding management experience. She attended the University of Georgia and majored in marketing.
